1. Order management: Receive online orders from different platforms.
2. Invoicing: Prepare accurate invoices for orders, ensuring all details regarding pricing and products are correct.
3. Packing and distribution: Supervising the careful and efficient packing of products, and preparing them for pickup or delivery.
4. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, concerns and requests in a friendly and timely manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Stock Control: Closely monitor stock levels, and inform the team when refills are needed to avoid any disruption.
6. Coordination: Coordination to ensure orders are executed timely and accurately.
7. Process improvement: Constantly looking for opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our e-commerce operations.
8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions for reporting and analysis
