✔️Technical office engineer

✔️Cost management engineer

✔️Quality control and assurance engineer

✔️Planning and monitoring engineer

✔️Document management specialist (preferably with a Bachelor's degree in business administration)

Requirements:

- Experience of 6 to 10 years from project initiation to maintenance

- Bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering, architectural engineering, civil engineering, urban planning, or fine arts (urban planning department)

- PMP certification or other professional certifications preferred

- Experience in auto-cad, revit, civil 3D, Photoshop, MS Office, Primavera P6

- Project management skills - Strong technical knowledge to maintain landscapes, facilities, and public park maintenance

- Familiarity with agricultural and landscaping work such as fertilization, herbicides, insecticides, and fountains

- Good presentation and communication skills with clients, government authorities, and citizens in public areas and parks
