✔️ Technical Office Engineer

✔️ Cost Management Engineer

✔️ Quality Control and Assurance Engineer

✔️ Planning and Monitoring Engineer

✔️ Documentation Specialist (preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration)

Requirements: - Experience of 6 to 10 years, from project initiation to maintenance

- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural, Architectural, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Fine Arts (Urban Planning Department)

- PMP certification or other professional certifications are preferred

- Experience in any of the following software: AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Photoshop, MS Office, Primavera P6 - Project management skills

- Strong technical knowledge to maintain landscapes, facilities, and general park maintenance

- Familiarity with agricultural and landscaping tasks such as fertilization, herbicides, pesticides, and fountains

- Good presentation skills and ability to interact with clients, government entities, and citizens in public areas and parks
